please find attached the unapproved minutes of the last meeting.
If you could carefully look through them and let me know about any
changes/amendments that need to be made, let me know within 7 days.
The other document that is attached is the spreadsheet we are submitting
to the rectorate. The comments on individual candidates are simply
lifted from the minutes. (The instutituional details for each candidate
still needs to be filled in.)
