Dear all,
please find attached the agenda for our next meeting on March 24,
14-16.00 in the Meeting Room of the Dean's office. The minutes from the
last meeting are also attached.
The aim of the meeting is to arrive at a shortlist. Two referee reports
have already come in (Brewer and Bermudez), the rest should be in by
Friday. You can find all reports on u;cloud
(https://ucloud.univie.ac.at/index.php/s/cqytbFGiEBQYJrW).
See you next week!
Best,
Paulina

Dear all,
thank you to those who have indicated their availability for the
shortlisting meeting and the interviews.
We will have the shortlisting meeting on Tuesday, March 24th,
14.00-16.00.
For the interviews, it looks like the best days are June 23 and 24. I
assume that we will interview 5 candidates, so please block the two full
days.
I realize that this means that some of us will have to cancel or
reschedule their teaching for the interviews. Unfortunately, that's
unavoidable, given that we have to hold them during the semester and
that we all teach on different days.
We will need one more date for a decision meeting. For this, I would
like to suggest *Tuesday June 30th, 14.00-16.00*. Please let me know if
you *cannot* make that date.
Best,
Paulina

Dear all,
please find attached the unapproved minutes of the last meeting.
If you could carefully look through them and let me know about any
changes/amendments that need to be made, let me know within 7 days.
The other document that is attached is the spreadsheet we are submitting
to the rectorate. The comments on individual candidates are simply
lifted from the minutes. (The instutituional details for each candidate
still needs to be filled in.)
Best wishes,
Paulina

Best,
Paulina

Dear all,
the next meeting of the appointment committee will take place on
November 5th, 10-12.00. The main aim of that meeting is to agree on a
scoring A/B/C of all candidates.
All A-scored candidates will be sent to the referees to review. (The
referees can also look at all B-scored candidates).
To make sure, we manage to get through all candidates in the time we
have, it would be very helpful if you could send me your scoring of
candidates in advance of the meeting.
Attached, you will find a spreadsheet with the categories:
Research
Third Party Funding
Teaching
Admin/Leadership
Overall
I would appreciate it if you could score the candidates A/B/C for each
of those.
Please send me your spreadsheet the night before the meeting (i.e.
November 4th) and I'll collage the results.
All the best,
Paulina
