[Vdp] Closure of the year: pending payments and end-of-year gathering consultation

Dear VDP members, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to remind you to send any pending refund requests before the end of the year. This is very important for us to be able to plan next year's budget. Importantly, the finance office policy is that these claims can only be made up to six months after the invoice was issued. Please bear this in mind. I would also like to take this opportunity to ask if you would like to organise an end-of-year gathering. I have spoken with our director, and we thought it would be a good chance for doctoral students, both new and more seasoned, to meet each other. One possible date is 12 December in the evening. I will organize it if there is enough interest.
